Edit: visited again today to see if there’s been any improvement with time. There hasn’t…. In fact it’s worse! Save yourself time (20+ minutes in line) and avoid the attitude of the employees at this location and go to literally any other dunks in the area as they can’t be any worse than this one…… This used to be the better of the dunks in the area… then the two lane drive thru happened. I always choose this specific Dunkin because the location is clean, welcoming, and the staff are usually very kind. Unfortunately, today I had a completely different experience with one staff member she was extremely rude and had a very disrespectful attitude. The interaction was embarrassing and made me feel very uncomfortable. It honestly ruined my experience to the point where I couldn’t even enjoy my coffee anymore, and it makes me not want to return to this location.
