If I could give negative stars I would.
The coffee is consistently good, and I love the atmosphere for studying or catching up with friends. However, the service can be a bit hit or miss during peak hours, which sometimes leads to long waits. Overall, it's a decent spot, but I wish they were a bit quicker during busy times.
Manager or owner is telling the employees to skimp on ingredients and over fill with ice - coffee has been horrible past 4-5 months I rarely go now - I went here everyday for 2 years and lately employees are under filling drinks 3/4 of the cup if you request less ice or any other request ends them skimping in something else if you try and customize your drink saying they can’t add extra milk or putting less expresso to compensate for my request.
