Well it looks like all the Dunkins in the area have gone to the handheld kiosk that they stick out the window for you to pay. And of course what's on there? Tip requirement. Yes, I'm sure you can select "no tip" But how do you think that goes over to the staff when they see that? This tip button creates a psychological stress to tip. Worst Dunkin in the area and has been since at least 2024. Every time I have come through the drive thru at this location they struggled to take my order which is literally just a large caramel iced coffee with a shot. One time I was with 2 friends and in the process of ordering 3 iced coffees the girl in the window somehow rang us up for 600 dollars worth of coffee, started panicking and had us pull around so the manager could fix it. The service was excellent, and the orders were great. I tried many items, and all the staff were friendly and kind. The tall young man was particularly pleasant and very friendly. I recommend everyone go there every morning, every night, and every evening. Thank you, everyone!
