The older, middle aged, heavyset African American employee is always extremely rude and unfriendly. I have actually stopped coming to this location purely to avoid interacting with her. She doesn’t greet people, she doesn’t talk to customers or acknowledge customers at all. When standing at the register to order, there have been occasions where it’s taken her over 5 minutes to stop what she’s doing and come to the register. Extremely unprofessional behaviour.
Website says this place is open 24/7, open sign is on, and drive thru lights are on. But the guy inside is refusing to take orders and is trying his best to ignore that I'm standing in front of him. Weirdest interaction ever.
We used to go here every Wednesday before work because that is the only day I am usually in the office. I love their food and drinks, but the only thing my husband will get is the bacon and sweet tea (he is not a coffee drinker). The past 3 or 4 times he has ordered tea, it does not taste right. It is almost like the urns weren't cleaned. All in all I love the place, but the tea urns need cleaned better or more regularly.
