Worst drive through I’ve ever been through. Doesn’t matter what part of the day, it’s always at least a 15 minute wait in their drive through line. 1 window and the same person taking orders is taking the money and getting the food ready. Figure it out. Been in this line for 25 minutes now
This is the 3rd time this week I have been here in the morning placed a mobile order and guess what I waited over 30 minutes. Yea it’s close to my house but I rather go elsewhere that knows how to use their time wisely
It is unfortunate when your order is completely fumbled... wrong item, cold food, coffee made improperly, long wait and instead of acknowledging that they made a mistake they make excuses for the mistake. That fact that you are a “a new generation store” does not excuse the fact that I received the wrong item, it does make it okay to deliver cold hash browns, or make the coffee wrong, and than after I leave realize the coffee is still wrong after you fix it.
