For a little store, I expected more individual attention. But the cashier ignores customers, gets orders wrong, and would definitely benefit from more training. Had to wait over 10 minutes for a small matcha latte, which she forgot until was reminded, and on top of that, made it hot when I told her it was iced. Pretty much all the orders have something wrong.
This woman watched me wait behind a customer and the moment I stepped up she walked away. I stood there for at least 3 minutes as she casually walked back and forth past the register. Another worker with a headset who had been working the window walked passed looked at me and gave a half smile and continued about her business. El café caliente no lo recomiendo .. si no me creen. Ordenen en esta locación y verán ..
Horrible ~ Make sure you check your food before you leave.. They never fill the cups up/half empty cups, and the doughnuts be stale and when you try to call them to let them know, no one will pick up the phone ever!! If you drive off your stuck with whatever they gave you..smh
