When ordering online to save time, the staff only begins preparing my order once I’m in the establishment making me wait at least 10 min while the store isn’t busy.
horrible service. placed a online order, the lady was too busy doing her brows in the bathroom front of the mirror. Had the audacity to come out knowing i’m waiting for something but went back to the bathroom to do her eyebrows. until a family came in and took their orders first. waited 15 minutes!!! for my drink after taking a family and another customer. just letting you know i ordered 10 minutes beforehand. the place was dirty paper all over the floor.
