I ordered the new chipotle wrap they have. I had it at other Dunkins and it taste really good. But they totally blew the order. The only thing they gave me was hash browns and bacon inside a cup. Look, I know we all make mistakes, right? No big deal. But they refused to fix my order or give me a refund. It was so weird. What a inexperienced Manager. So nasty! Arguing continually with guest & the employees. You you go you can heard it . My lord!!! He said she's on duty Manager, but she was taking orders. She took wrong coffee order , when I asked her its wrong order, she started arguing with me . Then she was threatening her employee. I've to left this place immediately.
