Was at Newark airport yesterday and noticed several flies and fruit flies on donuts in case. When I spoke to the cashier (middle eastern descent, short in stature) pointing to all the flies landing in and out, she stated “there’s nothing I can do it’s an open case”
I ordered on the kiosk because it was quicker. I ordered a strawberry refresher. Instead of telling me they’re out they leave an Empty cup on the counter. Once i finally realize it’s mine they say they don’t have it. I ask for a refund they say no and argue that they can’t give refunds on the kiosk. I don’t like other drinks and I especially dont have the time to wait for a new one. Finally they gave the refund so was it worth wasting my time Never had service this bad.
I think the lady was a crook, charged me extra for a medium coffee, but insisted on delivering on small cup. She didn't have a medium cup, then charged me $0.55 cent just for an extra cup which I was entitled to for her mistake! It's like a robbery! 7/14/25 apprx 6:20pm!!!
