Only one person on shift in the middle of the day, in an airport where people have timelines to meet nonetheless
Ordered a bacon egg and cheese and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I’ve ordered a multitude of bacon egg and cheeses from different Dunkin’s in my area and not once have I ever experienced this. Terrible
Extremely slow service, long line, and they messed up my order which was a coffee roll )
