The cashier recommended a milk alternative then refused to assist and remake the drink with a different milk option.
Everything worked as expected. Superb service and friendly people.
I don't love Dunkin for their food, or their coffee actually because it's also not great, but today's breakfast sandwich, a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, only had one slice of paper thin bacon on it. One slice? One single slice.
Convenient to pick up on my way to work but their hash browns are always over toasted or burnt
I’m honestly not sure why they are in business . Very poor Customer service and the food sucks, every single time . They make the worse coffee/ latte in the world. If you have a dietary restriction, they will not accommodate you. It’s unfortunate they are the only coffee shop in the area.
