I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this Dunkin location. I came in for walk-up service and stood at the counter for several minutes, not a single employee greeted me or even acknowledged that I was there. I could see several staff members in the back, but no one came forward to help. Eventually, one employee came out just to take the trash out and still didn’t say a word to me or offer any assistance.
