For the convenience, I would say this particular Dunkin’ Donuts is decent. Staff is always nice however wait time can be a little long due to heavy volume with customers but overall it’s a nice place.
Terrible service, they wouldn’t tell me my total and even gave me something I was allergic to. They don’t know what decaffeinated means. The bathroom experience was also terrible. I waited 15 minutes to use the bathroom for a homeless guy shooting up to come out. 0 out of 5 stars
