I really like this Dunkin, they are fast and get orders correct, and the staff are friendly.
I don’t know what all these other complaints are about the staff. I love the women of the Dunkin Donuts on Steinway. Always friendly and attentive with me. The only “mistakes” they’ve made on my orders is giving me extra food. Download the app and I can ensure you you’ll never wait more than a minute for your order.
Dirty place with roaches running on the tables!
Horrible. The women literally walked away when I came in (I'm a woman as well). All I wanted was a coffee and donut holes. You ruined my day.
