The food was okay by fast food standards, but that’s not the point. I’m giving this one star to the system — for how this location handled Air Canada’s meal vouchers. After a long delay and a rough travel experience, this was supposed to be a small gesture to make passengers feel cared for. State trooper wouldn’t allow us to buy coffee or donuts. How can DD do business if the cops won’t let you stop for 5 min and actually buy something. Absolutely obnoxious state trooper yesterday afternoon.
The service was pretty bad. There were 2 employees, neither interacting with customers. I ordered on the kiosk and then watched the employees ignore the man after me who wanted to pay in cash. I got a croissant sandwich, but the quality was terrible. The texture was like when bread is frozen then thawed. Did not finish it, will not be back
Couldn’t even place an order. Finally left in frustration. Only one woman working who was incredibly slow and oblivious of any customers wanting to pay cash. People would order at the kiosk and she would jut make what was ordered without ever taking an order. She couldn’t multitask. Several people behind me were served ahead or me and it was clear she would never get to me. Wanted to spend a lot of excess change, so gave up and went inside.
It’s just terrible customer service the women at the counter wearing scarf she leave line never say hi never 0 caring poor attitude, no sense of customer service, and clearly not trained to handle basic interactions at least act like u care Won’t be coming back
