I found a roach inside of my drink... , When i spoke to the lady making my drink she didn't believe me opened the drink and said oh. Never gave me a receipt

The staff messed up my order as well as other customers’ orders, and instead of taking responsibility and fixing the mistakes, they gave everyone attitude. The staff was extremely rude, disrespectful, and acted as if customers were the problem. Mistakes happen, but how you handle those mistakes says a lot about your customer service. Food is ok. One worker had a bit of an attitude. Another note: if you like to sit in a cafe and work on projects, their outlets don't work so charge ahead of time.
