I recently ordered a drink online and went to go pick it up. From the moment the employees smiled at me, I knew I was safe and felt at home. Unfortunately, due to unforeseeable circumstances, I was almost hit by a car and spilled some of my Cold brew, caramel cold foam drink. I was bleeding and depressed with a half spilled drink. I've been to this location 2x, the first time I came to this specific Dunkin location I talked with the manager while I studied for my exams (cyber security) for 3 whole hours. Nobody bothered me nor did they say I had to make a purchase to stay. I'm aware and grateful to the manager for allowing this, because I understand that she could have made it very difficult for me.
