This is right next to the train station - train said it wasn’t coming in for another 10 minutes. There was really no one in line so I popped in to get a latte. I walked in there - customers are sitting on the counters. Where people eat and drink. As someone who works in hospitality this is a big no no. I ordered the latte and and wait. And wait. Beyond rude behavior and slow service. Dunkin Donuts really needs to check up on these franchises. I ordered two wraps and an orange juice for my child before school yet they made us late. The place was not crowded yet they dragged making my wraps. I had to remind the lady and she never started on my order. Then triggered me when she tried to give me one jelly sauce for two wraps thats for two people. She asked for 0.40 cents which i refused since each wrap comes with a sauce. Decent spot for a quick coffee or donut, but service can be hit or miss depending on the time. Sometimes the donuts aren’t super fresh, but the iced coffee is always good.
