I came in to get an ice cream cake and had a really frustrating experience. There was no greeting when I walked in, and I felt completely ignored. I had to ask if that was all the ice cream cakes they had, and the worker just pointed to the fridge without saying anything. When I tried asking again for more information, he ignored me and helped another customer instead. The lack of basic customer service was disappointing. This was my first and last time coming here.
One of the cleanest Dunkin's I've ever been to in Queens in general. A small location around a busy street near the N, but does its purpose of "The to-go, or quick stay". Ordering a good hot chocolate every while and is cheap for a large cup. Even with 10 people on line waiting for their order, it goes quick. Only 3 employees or 4 at times but thats fine as service is quick and orders are done right. They never mess my order of hot coco or if i get something different from my usual. They will never get my money again. I ordered my food before the lady behind me and I only ordered a wake up wrap with white cheddar and she fixes the ladies order behind me who ordered way more food than me then proceeds to make my order incorrectly. It's the 3rd time I have to literally watch them make mybfood properly because they are so busy having a conversation together and not fixing people's food properly.
