I was surprised at how the quality of my experience and the food had diminished after not ordering food here for about a year. Everything I ordered had to be put in manually - it wasn't even on the menu any more. That was a plain bagel, double toasted, with butter, and an egg. I also ordered a small hot tea. No salt and pepper on the egg and not very much butter on the bagel, which the supervisor had to repeat "double toasted," to the worker, to get it right. they’ve forgotten to bag items that I paid for multiple times now… go here if you want to be stolen from
It shouldn't take 10 minutes for a sausage egg and cheese. They need to learn to multitask on the food side,.service is terribly slow. They also precook their tots in big batches because they're lazy, so they're almost always soggy.
