Was an issue placing an order on the mobile dunkin app, the app had malfunction with placing the order, but still took money out of my bank account. So therefore, I went to Dunkin trying to still get the order since the money was taken out my account. The manger Radem handle the situation very poorly by not understanding and communicating Professionally on the situation.
