IM GIVING THIS LOCATION 1 STARS because theres no option to give 0. I've been coming to this location almost 20yrs, there's a manager there with short gray hair, she is beyond rude, unpersonable, disrespectful & terrible with customers/customer service, on top of it many frozen drinks I get/coffees aren't at all consistent as well as taste SOUR. no suprise the drinks taste as sour just like the managers attitude. the owner of this franchise needs to be made aware of how she's running his or her hard work into the ground, it'... read more
