Quick stop for cold brew $4.69. Was walking around and this location was on the way back from where I was staying. Small space, not much for seating. No frills.
I had two horrible experiences here and both were by Amber, the obnoxiously rude employee at the front. I placed my mobile order at 1:06 and arrived at 1:26 to pick it up. Amber first looked at me and ignored me- acting like I didn’t exist. Then, I kindly informed her that I am here to pick up my mobile order. I showed her the receipt and she responded saying she “refuses to make orders after 30 minutes.” I informed her it has only been 20 minutes, plus I already paid for my order, so I would like my items please. I understand it’s cold outside but the girl at the cashier today was obnoxiously rude. I let it be because like I said.. i understand it’s cold. But then my food had frost bite. Please evaluate the atmosphere of this location, and the refrigerator.
