staff not the best but since the black young lady with glasses was hired it has been MUCH better. She seems to be the only one who knows what she’s doing give that girl a raise ! The homeless and mentally unwell people hanging out in the store is not okay…I definitely take my food to go doesn’t feel safe or sanitary at times for that reason .
Very rude staff. I asked for manger and she said that they don’t have manger at the store .
So just a follow up to this after I called the dunkin support line. Get a call back from the "Manager" he tells me that he doesn't need my 5 dollars, he doesn't need me as a customer and I'm "hilarious bro" for trying to address me issue. Also tells me that it was a 1 star before he started working there like its an achievement. Then hung up on me. Don't ever go into this dunkin. Don't ever go into this dunkin. Used to go there everyday but then caught a gigantic attitude from the workers there bc they're too incompetent at their jobs. There is 5 workers but can't check anyone out so they make you use the machine. The machine didn't work right and charged me almost 3 times for the meal deal.
