They never make your drink correct, and they have nasty attitudes every day 🤮 DISGUSTING
I’m a loyal customer and visit different locations almost on a daily basis. I came to the manor rd location. There was no one upfront when I got there I had to wait a few minutes til they were finished giggling in the back. While the guy was taking my order he kept looking back distracted at whoever was in the back. He made my order too light I kindly asked him to make it darker just add more coffee no need to remake. And he basically gave me the same thing twice. Highly disappointed in how this one employee handled himself.
I ordered a cream cheese bagel, once I started eating I felt like I was doing jaw line exercises. I never eat cream cheese bagels like this one.
