The worker at the register was talking to a lady that was out of uniform behind the register knowing I was waiting to place my order. Then to top it off I asked for an ice caramel latte with cold foam and oat milk she rings up this monstrosity. I double checked with her if she put cold foam she said yes but she truly didn’t. It's unbelievable how these people get hired. As a former worker of Dunkin' Donuts, I know it is very important to listen to what the customer needs and wants. However these four of the five workers that were working today on June 23rd of 2025 at 1pm, do not know how to serve customers. I asked for a mango pienapple refresher with no ice and cold foam on top. I paid an extra 75 cents for the cold foam, which I don't mind, I know how it works. Pretty sure they’re intentionally skimming coffee. Been here multiple times and every single time the drink is 99% milk. Lattes should have double shots.
