I asked for a frozen matcha latte. They gave me something white with just a hint of matcha. I think they dont wash the blender between every order. I could taste what the last guy ordered. Waste of my $6.
I'm not gonna lie I never had a problem with this place until today I ordered my bagel I coffee and a glazed donut.... I'm not sure if someone took a small bite and big pinch or a rodent bit into my donut again I'm not gonna lie it looks like mouse or rat bites. I was very disappointed when I saw what my donut looked and I had already reached work by the time I saw it... my thing is is that the chunck was very noticeable as soon as I opened the bag so I know they saw it smh they had to see it.
