Came in around 10am and had a mixed experience. The employee was working alone, so I understand it can get busy, and I do appreciate that she even gave me a little extra hashbrowns. That said, after taking my order, she went on to take multiple other customers’ orders and seemed focused on conversations with regulars before starting mine, which led to a longer wait. Good food but drinks are inconsistent sometimes. I go here alot and never had a problem with any of the staff and they usually prepare orders (drinks+hot food) within 5 minutes. (sidenote: the matcha here sucks but other drinks taste fine)
Went here with my brother n the coffee was so goood!! everyone here is so sweet and welcoming 🫶
