The worst customer service I ever seen they just let you stand there like you dont exist.
Usually I hurry in the morning, I pre order items for pick up, but almost everytime they miss something in the bag. After third time I tried to contact Dunkin customer service but they never replied. Good coffee but terrible service! Update as of 12.25.23 They forgot my donut again! Unresponsible people!
