Astounding
I just have to say the man that helped me in the morning was extremely friendly and warm would totally come to this place again. No yelling no drama, just good customer service
I asked for a medium iced coffee 5 caramel and 4 cream but the woman who took my order put it as 4 caramel and 5 cream. I even repeated my order and she still got it wrong. When I went back to get my order replaced the guy added 3 more caramels and refused to remake it until the woman saw what was happening and just redid it herself but I noticed she seemed really annoyed like it was my fault she got my order wrong.
Today, February 2nd, between 6:30 and 7:00 pm, I ordered two drinks, mango and strawberry. They gave me something undrinkable; they tasted terrible. My daughter and I asked them to fix them, but the woman who served us was very rude and disrespectful. She didn't fix them, didn't replace them, and instead threw them away and refilled the glass with dirty water.
