They need serious training. I ordered through app and mentioned about putting less ice in my drink. She started filling the cup with ice, and when asked to throw some ice she started arguing with me. Dunkin puts marking on the cup for ice level and I explained that to her, she still refused to do anything. I get less ice as getting more hurts my throat. Great experience
This is one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to as I come here regularly.The store is always clean, well-organized, and conveniently located, which makes stopping in easy and enjoyable. The manager and all the employees are incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. They always make sure your order is exactly how you want it, which makes the experience even better
I recently visited this store and I had a great experience with the staff. My order was fulfilled correctly and made freshly. I had a complicated order but the employee taking my order was very patient and kind with me. I believe her name was Irin, she’s an amazing person.
