I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. I arrived early in the morning, when the store was nearly empty, and placed an order for an egg and cheese croissant with a drink, as well as a $6 meal deal. Despite the light crowd at the time, I only received part of my order initially.
