Unacceptable level of service. I ordered a cappuccino (took 20-30 minutes to finish) and asked to use the bathroom. I got out, finished my cappuccino and needed to use the bathroom again (some bowl movements) and found that it was locked (assuming it was occupied). I patiently waited and found that one of the employees took a key and unlocked the bathroom. She spent a minute or two inside and then got out. Honestly the worse Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been too. Hash browns were burnt, the person at the register threw my donut on the table, who I later found out was the manager when she yelled “I’m the manager no refunds” when I asked how the hash browns were so burnt

Poor customer care. I think the management has to train their people. Worst place ever.

placed a mobile order and was not there when i arrived to the store. i’m assuming someone took the drink , but the employee refused to remake the drink. said i had the wrong address even though i did not. showed the receipt but they did not care and said if i wanted my order that i had to pay for another one.

Terrible service I went in there in the morning ordered food and they over charged me I keep asking them about the payment but they didn't want to hear about it. This company should really see who they are hiring . It's obvious that a lot of people are complaining about this place so management needs to do something about it.
