The service was quick . Staff was friendly. Was in a rush and they were able to make my iced coffee right away.
I’ve gone to this Dunkin’ many times to grab a coffee for my wife who works nearby, but after today, I’m completely done with this location. My total was $6.09 and I handed the cashier a $20. She gave me only three dollars and 91 cents back after, asking if I had a dime. When I pointed it out, she just said “oh , sorry,” with zero sincerity like it was no big deal.This didn’t feel like a simple mistake.
