This place never has a manager working to correct its employees mistakes. I dont understand how you can run a Business without a manager present. The employees are incompetent and argue with after asking for a correction.
I placed a mobile order for Wicked Munchkins, which were supposed to be assorted. I specifically ordered 10 chocolate munchkins, but I didn’t get a single chocolate one — they were all vanilla. The only thing that was right in my order was the hot chocolate. I feel like I completely wasted my $20 today by going to Dunkin’ Donuts. I also tried calling several times to fix the issue, but no one answered the phone.
So the coffee is good if you tell them to tweak it or fix it. Otherwise it’s bad. The bagels taste like styrofoam, not like the Dunkin bagels I used to remember as a kid. The workers should take their job more seriously and not laugh or make of customers in a different language.
