This prolly the Best Dunkin on staten island, and it’s only because of one of the workers there. His name is Ben, He is made my dunkin experience one of the best. He was very friendly and kind. He made sure I was satisfied the entire time I was there. He for sure needs a raise. I go back to this dunkin just because of Ben. Props to a hard working worker. I even left him a generous tip. THANKS A LOT BEN!
During civics they didn't go by any of the guide line i would see them handling food with no gloves constantly back then and no mask. But post covid I tried to go back and give it another chance given it was a stressful time. But nothing has changed there still just as rude your better off going to a different location all together. they complain when you use a coupon to get a discount or use your app in store. Constant attitude! They make you feel that your a burden for walking in. I tried going at different times and didn't change anything.
Service was great—drive-thru was fast, the staff was friendly and upbeat, and they got the order exactly right (even remembered to add extra ice without me asking). Quick, polite, and efficient, even during a morning rush.
