Completely and utterly incompetent. Was told a certain food item cant be heated up even though a few nights prior I had it done no problem. I know its silly but to be honest I was looking forward to it and the staffs utter incompetence and lack of basic problem solving really put me over.
Actually the worst Dunkin to ever exist morning staff is so rude especially the manager. I don’t understand why I’m the bad guy when they can’t make one order right. I’m not paying 6+ dollars for the complete wrong order. You will greet them they won’t greet you back. Order a double shot they’ll only give you one and convince you it’s two… just overall so nasty.
