This place's list of caffeinated grievances are too great to count. Unapproachable service, inaccurate and variable pricing, apparent substitution of sugar for sweetener without notice, complete obliviousness of online orders through Everyday... they've done it all. They didn't even have napkins last time I was there!! And to add to it all, this is technically a university-run location and not an official Dunkin franchise (it shows), meaning you can't use your rewards/coupons here as far as I'm aware. This is not an official franchise, but part of the school’s dining program. They do not take gift cards or the app. The food and coffee sometimes can be inconsistent, but that happens with all Dunkin’s. The workers try their best and are very nice. Good for a morning Dunkin run, sometimes the line is long but on Fridays it is less long.

I go to this Dunkin once or twice a week when it's supposed to be opening up at 7:30 AM. They are never ready to serve the customers on time. Sometimes they don't even have coffee brewing. This is the most unorganized and slow operation I've ever seen.

I've ordered here twice in the last week, once in-store and once for pickup through the Everyday app. Here's both stories: In-store: Line was short, but pricing was egregious. All drinks cost about 50% higher than at other locations (e.g., around $6 for my usual large cold brew instead of $4). For that reason I settled for a medium iced coffee instead (lol), though that was marked up about the same too. However, the service and the drink itself was on par with other Dunkins. very unprofessional staff. One time the staff were arguing amongst each other and they were talking about fighting. Another time a student worker name, Pierpont Accused an employee of multiple heinous actions. She and other workers were saying that this person was dangerous because he wore black clothing and a black trenchcoat and also like everybody else, this employee would go to Dunkin’ Donuts on the daily basis, but they targeted him because they thought that he was mentally ill.
