If you like learning about the meaning of “eternity,” then come stand in line here. Ordered a sandwich about 20 minutes ago and there are still about 10 people ahead of me waiting for their food. You will get more efficient service by growing your own crops, harvesting the food, and cooking it yourself. 10/10 experience 🏆
Worst Dunkin ever. The workers are very slow and very rude. They always have a bad attitude. Apparently they’re never able to serve food because they’re “short staffed” when they literally always have 5-6 people working. The amount of times I have wasted my time in a 20-30 minute line just for them to tell me they aren’t serving any food. They need to put a sign up if they’re that lazy to make any food. This place's list of caffeinated grievances are too great to count. Unapproachable service, inaccurate and variable pricing, apparent substitution of sugar for sweetener without notice, complete obliviousness of online orders through Everyday... they've done it all. They didn't even have napkins last time I was there!! And to add to it all, this is technically a university-run location and not an official Dunkin franchise (it shows), meaning you can't use your rewards/coupons here as far as I'm aware. This is not an official franchise, but part of the school’s dining program. They do not take gift cards or the app. The food and coffee sometimes can be inconsistent, but that happens with all Dunkin’s. The workers try their best and are very nice. Good for a morning Dunkin run, sometimes the line is long but on Fridays it is less long.
I go to this Dunkin once or twice a week when it's supposed to be opening up at 7:30 AM. They are never ready to serve the customers on time. Sometimes they don't even have coffee brewing. This is the most unorganized and slow operation I've ever seen.
