Unsanitary and unprofessional experience. The male employee at the register had long braids with no hair net, sagging pants and kept his hand inside the front of his pants 🤮he was also handling cash while also making drinks WITHOUT washing his hands which is why I declined my drink. Vanessa offered to make my drink , but the person with the headset made a rude comment about it “looking the same”.
