I was a frequent customer until I found a long hair in my bagel with cream cheese. I was eating it when the hair came out of my mouth. This was extremely unpleasant and completely unacceptable from a food establishment. 0/10.
I went right at opening, the service was excellent. That team there that morning deserve a raise just for the customer service alone.
Dunkin donut does not sell donuts they sell something that looks half the size of a donut and isn't even round it's oval shaped or egg shaped for illiterate among us. Horrible horrible . Cant believe shrinkflation has hit our donut market shame on you !
