When I walked in the girl at the register was on her phone and I greeted her with a simple hi and she just stared at me. I thought she couldn’t hear me so I repeated myself and she didn’t answer me once again. Then after I got my drink, I asked for a cupholder, cause I was walking to a nearby location and they just pointed and say it’s over there instead of grabbing me when it was clearly on their side for them to grab. Food was good, but they were very rude and not attentive to people walking in.
I placed an order in the app for pickup, no problem, when I got into my mom’s car to make sure I had everything-problem. I had ordered an apple fritter and I realized it wasn’t in the bag. I went back inside, explained that my apple fritter wasn’t in the bag, the woman behind the counter looked at me cross eyed and bluntly told me they didn’t have any, AFTER they charged me for it, and tried to replace it with something else. Not only did they get my order wrong but they disrespected me for not leaving a tip. Will absolutely never go back to this location.
Went thru the drive thru to get a coffee and blueberry muffin. I bit into the muffin and it tasted bad, thought maybe it was just a bad blueberry. I broke it apart to try a different piece and it was inedible. I tried calling the store but they couldn't even be bothered to answer the phone. It tasted rotten and stale.
