I placed an order in the app for pickup, no problem, when I got into my mom’s car to make sure I had everything-problem. I had ordered an apple fritter and I realized it wasn’t in the bag. Not only did they get my order wrong but they disrespected me for not leaving a tip. Will absolutely never go back to this location.
Went thru the drive thru to get a coffee and blueberry muffin. I bit into the muffin and it tasted bad, thought maybe it was just a bad blueberry. I broke it apart to try a different piece and it was inedible. I tried calling the store but they couldn't even be bothered to answer the phone. It tasted rotten and stale.
I had came here a few months ago to get a dozen of donuts… i had let them decide which ones but end up giving me the basic nothing on them. i kindly asked them to change it and they did… Only to find out i come back with my friends a few weeks after to get food and drinks for an exam we had on that day.
