For many years, I considered 312 College St, Amherst, MA, the worst dunkin to ever operate. Today, that changes. You guys are now the slowest most inconvenient location ever.
Today was possibly the worst experience I've had in this establishment, I waited seven minutes at the drive thru window, the intercom girl had little to no experience plus no knowledge of the menu not the computer system. The ham & cheese croissants were cold, not heated properly, basically ouf of the wrapper then place in the sleeve practically cold, the coffee came last after she asked me a third time what I had ordered. I know we all have our bad days but this was a waste of money and most importantly time.
