No one was there at the front to take orders. The kiosk doesn’t let you customize your drink.
my favorite Dunkin… the employees are always polite when you enter, especially if you’re a constant regular. it’s obvious they try their best during rush hour and are constantly cleaning at night. the donuts are fresh, and the ice cream is yummy!
Asked for strawberry mango smoothie the lady makes just strawberry I tell her that the wrong order she goes oh we don’t do mix?? Speak to her manager who happened to be there and he goes u ordered small…. We can’t do it in that size…. So the issue was the size I ordered and not the fact she didn’t tell me before paying… offered to pay the difference he says it’s already made…. sooo how is any of that my issue….
