Completely unable to follow directions and all while moving at a snails pace. Oh, and their card reader is probably down….still. And they won’t let you know that until you’ve already ordered and are handing them your card to pay. Overall a terrible experience.
I have gotten Dunkin almost every single day for the past 6 months, never in my life have I had such an unpleasant experience. Paid online for my drink and received low effort from the drive thru employee. Asked for them to fulfill their "Make it right or we'll remake it" motto, and was denied by the employee. Terrible service.
Wow Dunkin’ , your new (non) customer service model is a success - no customer service to be found anywhere. This is the last time I will go into a Dunkin’ in SC . I tried one a couple of weeks ago - terrible. But thought, ok maybe that was a one off - NOPE!! I went into this Dunkin’ just after 5am - they are supposedly open at five. There were only two types of donuts in the case and about the same of Munkins - so I asked is this all the donuts available? Thinking maybe since they are in a 7-11 they have less of a selection... read more
