I love Dunkin', and I often go to this location when visiting Manhattan. Staff are nice and the drinks and food are good, and this Dunkin' is one of the few in Manhattan with indoor seating, and is the closest one with indoor seating to Penn Station. However, it's often very dirty and there is often only one employee working there. My biggest issue with this location, however, is that they are always out of SOMETHING.
