Loved this spot since the gas station opened. But the new ladies they have are very rude! They always mess up my drink and get mad and give me attitude because I ask to please remake. They often forget to give me my complete order and when I pull back around nothing but attitude and eye rolls. We need the old crew back this crew sucks and I hate coming here now. Ugh!
This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve consistently had. The staff is almost always rude, unwelcoming, and acts like customers are an inconvenience. There’s no greeting, no basic courtesy just attitude. It genuinely feels like you’re bothering them just by ordering. I understand people have bad days, but this isn’t occasional it’s every time. This place has went down hill with new managers the frozen coffee is pure ice not blended and some of staff are rude
