I was shocked by how loud and disrespectful the manager was during a very busy time. Instead of handling the situation calmly or helping her employee, she chose to raise her voice and speak in a demeaning way in front of customers.. That kind of behavior has no place in a customer facing environment. She needs to be FIRED!
Needs a new management! The ones working there now are rude and disrespectful
I went into this Dunkin when it was insanely packed, and despite how busy it was, there was only one employee working who was clearly trying her best to keep up with orders. Instead of helping or supporting her, the manager came out of nowhere and started yelling at her in front of customers, then told her to go home while she was literally the only one working. Good place for a quick bite of comfort food or coffee. Staff is usually friendly and reasonably competent. The more nutritious foods aren’t very appealing. Most of these stores have working restrooms.
Staff was less than enthusiastic. It was like I was bothering them when I arrived. Not friendly, not helpful. Pretty much just annoyed with my presence.
