Swearing by employees, waited 15 minutes for a sandwich that I didn’t order (no croissants) and even after THEY screwed up, I said thank you and not even a response from the bigger black lady. And the special needs girl after me ordered an everything bagel and the same woman made a plan bagel and she got mad because the counter person made an error. Very, very unprofessional store, except for the young lady working the counter.
Turn off your kiosk if you guys are not open. Why your kiosk is taking orders even when you are closed?
Worst. Guy is not ready to look at order. Ordered a Hot coffee, he gave cold one and not ready to take back. Same with donuts, didnt give first. We felt unsafe with these kind of rude people at counter serving.
To get 1 small coffee took 30 mins .. talking each order and not are about the clients
