I reluctantly come to this Dunkin’ every day due to the convenience of its location, because the quality of the coffee and drink making is disgusting. Almost every day it’s pure chaos. The service is painfully slow, and the staff always seems lost and unhelpful. Today was the last straw. I placed a mobile order to use a reward, but the staff said they couldn’t honor it and offered no help at all.
