Don’t waste your time coming to this location if you’re not using the mobile app. They will get “confused” about what you ordered and will just hand you food and not clarify with you about what you wanted to order. Then when you go inside they don’t even apologize for getting your order wrong they actually make you pay for the rest of the items you originally ordered the first time. Don’t know how these employees get away with locking their doors at 6:20 when they close at “7”. They were all sitting around on their phones just talking in a circle too as if there’s nothing wrong. Sad because this is the closest Dunkin to my house.
Coffee was great every morning when staying in Boston
Food is fine. No judgement it's just a dunkin'. Staff are fantastic. They have a lot of orders being thrown their way and they handle it all. Place is kept neat and clean. Props to this location.
