I would say 3/5 times I go to this location, my order is wrong in some way, shape, or form (and this is being generous). I will be missing/incorrect food items, drinks will be made wrong, etc. I understand mistakes happen but, it’s more often than not & there is never any kind of apology - they act annoyed. I try to avoid the location because of this, but it is only 2 minutes from my place, so often is the most convenient.
