It seemed like there was only 1 person working in the entire restaurant by the amount of time it took to get the order which was only 3 drinks and 2 sandwiches then they put the cheese on the sandwich with the paper still attached! If you must go there, please check your food!
Every single time I come here, doesnt matter the time of day, they never have the donuts my kids are interested in. My kids know exactly what donuts they want usually glazed, double chocolate and Boston creme. Usually I will convince them to go with other choices but one of my children has autism and will only eat glazed. So when glazed is out I have to ask for a refund and go someplace else. I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The employee who took my order over the headset, identified as Jade on my receipt, was unprofessional and discourteous. I approached the interaction politely and respectfully, so her attitude was both unprovoked and unnecessary. This type of behavior is unacceptable in a customer-facing role.
