I ordered 20mins ahead of time that way my order is ready to go when I come in. My bagel was cold…and guess what????!!!! NO CREAM CHEESE ON A BAGEL???? who eats a bagel with no cream cheese…..a cold bagel. I waited an extra 10 mins for them to make my coffee…keep in mind I ordered 20mins ahead. (what is it with not checking what you put in the bags and checking orders??)If I could give zero stars i would. the workers are beyond rude and uptight. they were using profanity with each other while working in front of customers. Terrible workers, they are so rude. I never get the right amount of food. They burnt my bagels aswell.
