Bad customer service and the coffee always smells like perfume? Go to any other Dunkin. This is the worst one.
I’ve been visiting this location for the last 5 months, multiple times a day. I order the same coffee every visit. The only employee that knows my simple order the customer is the manager. The employees notice everything else about me except my coffee order. The employees do not leave the parking in front of the store for customers, their cars are there.
