This location tries my patience!! They always have an attitude at the window. The food is never right it takes too long to even get your food! There isn't another one close by so I guess I will have to deal with until I’m tired of dealing with it.
Tuesday they offered a free pumpkin spice cold or hot latte with any purchase. I put my order in on the app and headed to the location. I got there and pulled around to the drive-thru speaker. I told them I had a mobile order for my name. It almost sounded like they didn't know they could take mobile orders. They were like what is it, and what was the name again? I ordered a chocolate donut with glaze, (after about 3 back and forth I was confident she understood) she did a lomg annoyed signed. I had to ask if everything was ok. She said anything else? I ordered a large iced coffee with cream and caramel. She said, sugar? Get it right dunkin! This place is either slow, inconsistent, or rude; sometimes all 3! I hope they can get it together soon.
This location has kids running the store that don't have any manners and are very disrespectful. Just to take a simple order and to be courteous is so difficult for these kids.
This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a Dunkin. I ordered a sparkling drink which, for the record, is supposed to actually SPARKLE. Yet lately, every time I order one from this location, it's flat. Why am I paying extra for what essentially tastes like flavored water? This time, I tried to avoid the problem before it happened.
