Employees could've had a little more "life" in them. They were moving slow and had the facial expressions of not wanting to be there but all in all not a bad experience
I got to the window for my iced coffee. The order wasn't correct. They didn't give me the donuts for my order. I got home and had to come back. When I got to the order speaker, I explained that I didn't get my donuts. The girl growled out of frustration. Rude service, to say the least.
I had ordered via Mobile App 5 minutes prior. By the time I arrived, I still had to wait an additional 5 minutes for my simple coffee with cream and sugar to be prepared.
We were the only car in the drive through and sat at the window waiting for our food for 6 minutes. Then we got the first item and they just opened the window and gave me the food then shut it without saying anything to me. Then after about three more minutes we got everything and the food was cold in the bag. The customer service was horrible.
